If "Acid Jazz" is music with elements of jazz, funk, hip hop, and sometimes electronica, and "Lounge Music" is music from the 50s and 60s (or retrospective of the 50s and 60s) which is a type of mood music evoking in the listener a feeling of being transported from where the listener is to a (usually) exotic place, such as outer space, a jungle, an island, or the gritty world of espionage or crime investigation, but is usually relaxing (as in the type of music you might hear in a hotel lounge or bar)... then "Acid Lounge" is music which transports the listener to a different place than where one is listening, reminiscent of the 50s and 60s, with elements of funk and hip hop, and sometimes electronica. .
