Antoine Dominique "Fats" Domino (born February 26, 1928 in New Orleans, Louisiana, died October 24, 2017), was a classic R&B and rock and roll singer, songwriter and pianist. He was the best-selling African-American singer of the 1950s and early 1960s whose congenial, non threatening personality allowed him to succeed despite a period of deep-seated racial segregation. I'm Ready - Fats Domino

Well, I'm ready
I'm willin'
An I'm able
To rock an roll all night

I'm ready
I'm willin'
An I'm able
To rock an roll all night

Come on pretty, baby
We gonna rock
We gonna roll
Until the broad daylight

Because I'm ready
Um-um-hm
An I'm able
Um-um-hm

I'm willin'
An I'm able
So, you better
Come and go with me
We gonna rock n' roll
'Till tomorrow 'bout three

Talkin' on the phone
Is not my speed
Don't send me no letter
'Cause I can't read

Don't be long
'Cause I be gone
We gon' rock n' roll
All night long

'Cause I'm ready
I'm willin'
An I'm able
To rock an roll all night

I'm ready
I'm willin'
An I'm able
To rock an roll all night

Come on pretty, baby
We gonna rock
We gonna roll
Until tomorrow night

(instrumental & piano)

Talkin' on the phone
Is not my speed
Don't send me no letter
'Cause I can't read

Don't be long
'Cause I'll be gone
We gon' rock n' roll
All night long

'Cause I'm ready
I'm willin'
An I'm able
To rock an roll all night

'Cause I'm ready
I'm willin'
An I'm able
To rock an roll all night

Come on pretty, baby
We gonna rock
We gonna roll
Until tomorrow night

(instrumental & piano to fade out)
